Ampeg B-15 Bass amplifiers have been a staple in studios for decades. This one decided to go up in smoke during a recording session. An onsite by DCSVintage's Dan netted a less than 24 hour downtime for the studio. The main filter capacitor replaced and a couple of power resistors, this Ampeg was ready to finish the session.

Power supply location

 A mounting bracket on the replacement JJ capacitor needed modifying to get the tube cover on, otherwise there was no physical changes to the chassis.

Looks good and sounds good.
